Well cats sometimes make their own plans, don't they?
While doing alterations in the pen of the boys we removed the tunnel that gives them access to the front of the house so they are able to see birds while they are there. On the 5th of April Munchkin forced his way out of his secure area and appeared in one of the bedrooms as if the weather is fine windows are open until we give the boys their time in the garden. As he appeared peacefully sleeping in a bed and only Erin was in the wardrobe at the time (room was shut) and she was "not calling" we didn't think it was a problem ..... A few weeks and after a call Erin started to look a bit big and we decided take her for an ultrasound....well yesterday we welcomed to the world five big and healthy kittens in what it must be our "surprise surprise" litter.
Although this was not in our plans at all , we are very happy that all went well and babies and mum are fine.
